Change of mind
Accidental purchases
Game updates/balance changes by the official developer




2. Replacement for Discrepancies

You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.

3. Replacement Process

If approved, you will receive a same-value replacement account within 24 hours.
Replacement accounts are final and not eligible for further exchanges.




4. Non-Covered Scenarios

We do not replace accounts for:
Bans/suspensions imposed by the game’s official developers.
Loss of access due to buyer’s failure to secure credentials.
Minor variations in resource counts (e.g., 45,000 Gems vs. 44,800 Gems).
