What payment method do you accept ?

We accept credit card, apple pay, google pay, wise(off site), crypto currency(off site). If you choose offsite payment, you will get 10% discount of your order.


Where can I find my account/Login informtion?

If the item indicated as "Instant Delivery", you will find the login information right on the checkout sucessful page, If you Accidentally closed this page without seeing the login information, you can login to your dashboard to view it. If you didn't create an account on my website yet, just create it with the same email address that you used to placed the order.
If the item is not "instant delivery", just wait for an email. We will manully sent your order real quick, it only take 10~30 mins in our working hours(8:00am - 12:00am (GMT+8)), once your order is deliveried, you will receive an order delivery email. Don't forget to check your spam, sometimes, it goes there. 


How to transfer the account i bought to my device ?

To transfer an account to your device, please follow the steps below.

1. Delete and Re-Install "Dragon Ball Legends" on your device (the device you are transferring to).

2. Select "Transfer data" on the confirmation screen when starting up the game for the first time.

3. Select the method by "Transfer through a Bandai Namco ID Account".

4. Confirm that the "Player ID" and "Player Name" to be transferred are correct.

※「Chrono Crystal」and 「Legends Pass」 cannot be transferred between devices of different OS types.

※ Once the data transfer is successful, the next data transfer will be possible after 24 hours.
